Room Size: The private room seats exactly 10 people and can not exceed this number
due to size limitations.
Reservation: To make a reservation there is a $500.00 deposit, which will be
deducted from the required $1200.00 minimum food and beverage charge which is exclusive of a 21%
gratuity and 8.5% tax. Please call restaurant reservations to inquire about available dates, you
will be asked to fill out the credit card authorization form, sign it and fax it to 415.775.1805. Please do this after you have secured your reservation.

Choosing a Menu: In respect for the dining experience at restaurant Gary Danko, a
set menu with pre selected wines offers our guest the best evening. Upon making a reservation a current menu will be
forwarded to you. We offer a three, four, and five course menu with a minimum of three courses. To
compose the menu for your party you need to select a single menu item in each course with a choice
of two seiections in the entree course. Please see the sample menu for a guide. A printed
menu will be presented to each guest at dinner.
Wine Selections: As an option, after you have decided on a menu, wines can be
specially selected to compliment each course by our sommelier. We can also
enhance your evening with any special flowers, bottled water, valet parking, or other special
occasion needs.
Cancellation Policy: Reserved parties must cancel 5 days prior to reservation date
for a deposit refund. Deposit will not be refunded if the party is not cancelled in writinq by the
above stated period. A receipt of your deposit will serve as confirmation of your reservation.
